CHRISTMAS!!!!

Day Tuesday (12-24-13):

My parents were in Texas for a Christmas Eve lunch with the Tawaters. We decided to do our family Christmas at their place.  They came back that night around 8.  We exchanged gifts, we each had one, the ones we bought the other day at Dollar General. :)  The kids loved swapping gifts!  Then we watched to Polar Express and got ready to go to a Candlelight service in Okemah.

Day Wednesday (12-25-13):

Christmas morning, we opened presents, and enjoyed our new stuff.  We had Miss Marie come over for Christmas dinner. It was perfect! Merry Christmas!

Kees eventually ate this chicken, when we were ALMOST done looking at Christmas lights.  Then we went and got hot cocoa, yum!  Kora loved the lights!

Ice storm...ish

Day Saturday (12-21-13):

The weather report said ice, and ice there was. We were getting all geared up to be with out electricity. But it wasn't too bad.  There was plenty of ice, but we were only without electricity for a couple hours. All in all, not too bad.   Kees enjoyed wearing his new boots to stomp the ice.  Kora wasn't too happy about he ice and came right back in.  Doug took some pictures, because I didn't want to go out there either!

Day Sunday (12-22-13):

Sunday morning, Kees was feeling sick, so I stayed home with both kids to let them rest. Doug went to church. I'm jealous because who doesn't love church at Christmas time?!?

In the afternoon we headed to Grandpa Boo's place for the next big Christmas shin dig.  Fun!  The kids loved Ginny's Christmas village.  And all the presents were AWESOME!

It was 5:01, Grandpa had to find out where Stephen and Randee were. :) Let's get this party started!!!

Day Monday (12-23-13):

The next day we had Christmas with Doug's mom and Tim and Shevaun's place.  I took way too many snacks for both parties, and they barely got touched. Bummer!
